Marriage Ministry provides spiritual, educational and outreach support to the parishioners of St. Anne who are preparing for the sacrament of Marriage and for couples that are already married. The Marriage Ministry prepares engaged couples to celebrate the Sacrament of Marriage and offers support and enrichment to couples in their life-long
vocation of Marriage.  The Marriage Ministry team meets approximately four times a year.

A large part of the Marriage Ministry is preparing engaged couples from St. Anne’s for the sacrament of Matrimony.  Engaged couples are welcomed into the homes of married couples and participate in discussing issues relevant to marriage after taking the FOCCUS inventory (Facilitating Open Couple Communication, Understanding & Study).  In addition to preparing engaged couples for marriage through the FOCCUS program, we would like to have the larger parish participate in the Marriage Ministry program by becoming prayer couples for our engaged couples.

Another mission of the Marriage Ministry team is to offer opportunities to enrich the marriages of all married couples at St. Anne’s; from newlyweds to “oldyweds.”  We welcome any ideas and suggestions for ways the Marriage Ministry team can reach out to the married couples of St. Anne’s.  Our Ministry leaders are Dennis and Pam Stefanowski.
