Youth Confirmation is a spiritual and educational service to the youth of St. Anne who preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.  Confirmation is a sacrament, part of the initiation cycle of the Church, and, as such, it celebrates and ritualizes the presence of God in our lives.

Confirmation is a time to celebrate the richness and blessings of God’s grace.  It is an acknowledgement that we need and desire the gifts and power of God – the gifts of the Holy Spirit – to live as followers of Christ in our world.

Our process leading to Confirmation is multi-faceted and those who work with this ministry assist youth on their year-long journey of conversion and conversation to grow closer to God through prayer and reflection.  More detailed explanation of the Youth Confirmation program, the participant’s responsibilities and role of the sponsor are available under Sacraments.
