Career Counseling provides support, resources, contacts and assistance to individuals
who are going through career changes.  Members include those who are seeking employment, small business owners growing their businesses, and individuals who want to give back to the parish community.  Members listen to the needs and talents of attendees, and provide subject-matter experts’ advice on topics like job search techniques, targeted resume writing, and packaging and presenting of oneself for an interview.
Several times a year attendees can participate in a roundtable discussion on
proactive steps to finding and then landing the right-fit employment.  Each attendee has opportunities to discuss his own employment challenges with subject matter experts and network with fellow participants. Goretti Pereira is our ministry leader.
