The Habitat for Humanity Ministry serves as volunteers to the local chapter to assist local families in need. The local Kenosha chapter was chartered and organized in 2011. It is founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. Volunteer leaders are meeting to formulate strategy and plans to start assisting families in Kenosha. Volunteers and donations are being sought to begin an aggressive Habitat program for Kenosha families. Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, The International Habitat and its homeowner families have built or rehabilitated more than 400,000 houses. A nonprofit, nondenominational Christian housing ministry, Habitat invites people of all backgrounds, races and religions to build together in partnership. Get involved today and join Habitat in building homes and hope for families here in Kenosha. Our ministry leader is Greg Milligan.
